For many years, the Federal government has mandated the practice of Value Engineering in all executive agencies. Since 1996, this became law (PL104-106, plus other laws).

Federal agencies report to the Office of Management and Budget their efforts to apply the Value Method in their agency. Many agencies are unfamiliar with these activities. While many agencies and departments have done much to comply, they often fail to report properly. Acumen VE representatives have assisted Federal Government agencies for required reporting since 1993. We know not only how to report for you, but ensure your agency gets the credits it deserves too. All for less than it probably costs you trying to do it in house.

Our teams have extensive success with private industry worldwide within all areas, including manufacturing, processes, oil and gas, construction, reorganization, environmental, negotiations and VECP activities.

Some of our consultants were some of the principles that started the standards for generating successful value programs. The smallest program we have helped establish was a one person operation (operating part time). The largest was a program that directly affected operations of 6,000 people and was used as immediate guidance for about 45,000 more. Later program growth is expected to affect many more.

How many people do you need trained, now, this year, or future. We have trained over 1,000 people worldwide in a year. In one professional association international conference, we noticed that up to 30% of the professionals attending the conference began their careers training with one of our training consultants.
